Marvelous book. I really enjoyed this book. Cain was HOT and alpha, just they was we like him. The story was fast paced and there were great plot turns. The story was well written and the characters were very well developed. I could not help but become entranced in the story and was on the edge of my seat waiting for the conclusion. Fantastic work. Delilah Devlin is always a great read and this series (Cowboys on the Edge) is one of her best.Product details

Cain seems to be cursed for a brunette. Once again he finds himself attracted to one. This one definitely needs protection but who is going to protect him? Carina is on the run from her ex mob boyfriend. He already set fire to the cabin she was staying at. Proves he will not stop until he has her back or she is dead. Can Caine save her? Can she prove she is the one for him?
from Delilah Devlin Cain's Law was with suspense,plot,the turn out and more even the story is short she always brings with a full story....It was a great story that i really enjoyed and devoured it until the last word..Really a quick read,developed well,author Delilah Devlin has done it again and has to say that she has not disappointed with Cain and with her work...Reading her book,its always a pleasure time!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!!!She is a Fantastic writer who can bring you anything to read and you will always enjoy no matter the contenue of the tale.......So Ride a Cowboy and not the Horse!!!!!!!!!!....Loved it...
I purchased this book as part of the Cowboy Justice 12 Pack boxed set.
While this is a fairly short story (about 70 pages) it sure packs a punch. Carina is on the run from her mobster ex-boyfriend who wants to kill her. Cain meets her when the cabin she is staying in catches fire. Carina is a stranger to the area and rented the cabin for only a short time; she is a suspect in the arson.
Cain was burned by his ex-wife when she left and took everything with her. The last thing he needs is a relationship with another pretty woman.
The chemistry between Cain and Carina is on fire (pun intended – lol). He can’t seem to stop his body’s reaction to her and boy do things get spicy! Delilah Devlin knows just how to craft an entertaining and sexy, hot read!

Cute and entertaining short story. Lawman, Cain, meets woman on the run from her mobster boyfriend. Fast moving story with tensions on the rise as someone attempted to burn down the house Carina has rented.
Cain ex left him and took everything that was not nailed down. He spots Carina in town and says to himself she is trouble. A few nights later sees her at a house fire. He charged with keeping her safe once they find out she is running from her ex-boyfriend. They start to have feelings for each other while cooped up. Will the ex get his revenge or will he meet his demise? This is definitely a great quick read.
